Arc Barrel Module CPD
Standalone Training for the Pilates Arc Barrel
This CPD module provides focused training on the Pilates Arc Barrel (also known as the Baby Arc). It can be taken as a standalone course or as part of the full Barrels repertoire bundle alongside the Step Barrel (Spine Corrector) and Ladder Barrel.
Arc Barrel training offers unique benefits for clients of all fitness levels, including:
Improved core strength
Enhanced posture
Better balance and stability
Support for rehabilitation and injury prevention
Stronger mind‑body connection
Versatility across multiple exercise contexts
The Arc Barrel allows instructors to deliver varied programming that targets different muscle groups. It can be integrated into Pilates Matwork businesses or apparatus studios alongside equipment such as the Reformer, Chair, or Tower/Cadillac. Modern Arc Barrels are compact and nest together, making them ideal for mobile instructors as well as studio‑based teaching.
