Step Barrel Module CPD
Focused Training on the Pilates Spine Corrector
This CPD module provides dedicated training on the Pilates Step Barrel, also known as the Spine Corrector. It can be taken as a standalone course or as part of the full Barrels repertoire bundle.

Learning Objectives
This module provides video‑based lessons covering over 30 Pilates exercises on the Step Barrel. You will:
Learn safe and effective repertoire for lying, seated, and standing positions.
Gain confidence in teaching Step Barrel exercises to diverse client groups.
Build programming for strength, flexibility, endurance, and rehabilitation.
Access tutor support to validate your learning and ensure safe teaching practice.
Prerequisites
Certification in Pilates, or registration as a medical movement practitioner (e.g., physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor).
Duration & Assessment
Study Time: 6–8 hours of online learning (equivalent to a one‑day face‑to‑face course).
Assessment: CPD certificate issued once your tutor has confirmed you can safely teach and perform the repertoire.
Tutor Engagement: Optional validation during or after your learning. General support is included via the online portal.
