Pilates Tower Repertoire Module CPD
Master 163 Contemporary Tower Exercises
This bolt-on CPD module is designed for Pilates instructors and physiotherapists who have completed or are enrolled on the Entry Tower CPD and want to expand their teaching repertoire on the Pilates Tower. Building on the foundational skills taught in the Tower/Cadillac Induction course, this programme focuses exclusively on repertoire — covering 163 contemporary Tower exercises across beginner, intermediate, and selected advanced levels.
The course can be completed as hybrid learning with fully online materials blended with either a summative 2-hour tutor assessment session or a series of formative tutor-arranged sessions to sign off your learning as you work your way through the course. It can also be taken through an Mbodies Satellite centre in the form of small group workshop sessions.
Learning Objectives
You will learn to:
Teach a wide range of Tower exercises with variations and modifications.
Apply safe teaching cues in lying, seated, kneeling, and standing positions.
Use all parts of the Tower frame, including Roll Down Bar, Push Through Bar, Leg Springs, Arm Springs, Rowing, and Baby Chair Arm Springs.
Build programming for muscular conditioning, endurance, flexibility, and strength.
Confidently integrate repertoire into one‑to‑one or group Tower sessions.
