Standalone Training for the Pilates Ladder Barrel

This CPD module provides focused training on the Pilates Ladder Barrel. It can be taken as a standalone course or as part of the full Barrels repertoire bundle alongside the Step Barrel (Spine Corrector) and Arc Barrel.

Learning Objectives

This module provides video‑based lessons covering over 30 Pilates exercises on the Ladder Barrel. You will:

  • Learn safe and effective repertoire for lying, seated, and standing positions.

  • Gain confidence in teaching Ladder Barrel exercises to diverse client groups.

  • Build programming for strength, flexibility, endurance, and rehabilitation.

  • Access tutor support to validate your learning and ensure safe teaching practice.

Prerequisites

  • Certification in Pilates, or registration as a medical movement practitioner (e.g., physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor).

Duration & Assessment

  • Study Time: 6–8 hours of online learning (equivalent to a one‑day face‑to‑face course).

  • Assessment: CPD certificate issued once your tutor has confirmed you can safely teach and perform the repertoire.

  • Tutor Engagement: Optional validation during or after your learning. General support is included via the online portal.
